Bus line number 4 runs across Jerusalem from
south-west to nort-east. These pictures were taken between
the city centre and Mount Scopus. These buses are like digestive
tracts, they absorb their travellers who gradually move backwards,
to finally be ejected. Stroke the picture horizontally and
vertically to make it metamorphose. The picture has a slow
internal rythm, counter-point to the rapid changes provoked
by the mouse. Double click to freeze the picture and to explore
the images which compose it. Hold the mouse down on a particular
vignette to isolate that image from within the picture. Note
that the red framed vignettes are those that currently construct
the picture.
